I noticed and this is no lie. When I drink tons of water I cum triple the amount that I usually do. So if I am gettin my 10 to 12 glasses of water a day.. It's pretty big loads.

Being hydrated is the key as many others have mentioned. You should be able to recover to a full capacity load after about 24 hours maybe a bit more if you are over 50. Getting it plenty hard and keeping it that way should be more of the concern. A lot has to do with how turned on you are as well as how comfortable you are with the situation. If you are all tense it will be harder to get fully erect.

I am over 50, I also am diabetic (and some other stuff I won't bore you with).

I do have an issue with keeping my "Johnson" hard, even when I am still feeling "excited". Other times ejaculation is an issue, where I can feel like my giz is right at the tip.

You are definitely correct about how stress effects this. When I get self-conscience about it, it definitely makes it harder (or literally software).

Diabetes does have an effect on getting blood to ones extremities and medication for diabetes and hypertension can also have an effect and it seems like it does with me.

I do think the mental stuff is very important, however, I don't have an recommendations or solutions on this. I will not take Viagra or the equivalent for this, because I also have Hep C and most prescription medications like Viagra can have a negative effect on my liver.

dude i am a cum pump and i will tell u having a healthy diet and exercise is key. Personally I drink about 10 bottles of water a day, eat only whole grains and lean meats, and go to the gym 3-4 days a week. Do that and your cum will become less dense and gross and turn smoother to allow it to shoot out more. Also all the water helps produce more fluid giving you more cum.
Another tip is wait 3 days that seems to be the maximum of storage your balls can hold for best results than start jerking and get close than stop than start again etc for at least an hour. With one hand squeeze the base of your cock and pump with the other, this creates more pressure and build up right before you shoot. Hope these tips help I have been able to shoot over my head and have it land behind me by doing this.

You mention exercise. Is there any specific part of the body that I should focus on, or is it just all-around fitness?
