Fabiola is one of my favs, too
I was totally hooked when I saw her for the first time almost 10 years ago. You know what? Nothing changed since!
Some say she is now post op since 2003. In that time she worked in Milano, Italy, and she was named Ella on Arcaton website (Italian escort page). Unfortunately I could not find her there any more lately.

Some more words on Fabiola
When she advertised on Arcaton website as Ella about one year ago there were the attached pics. So these should be post-op pics. It are the most recent ones I have.
