Interesting point you bring up....Polar Bears. Well it is a "Desert" island. They are in warmer parts of the hemisphere. Of course, it is a "Deserted" island, so it could be anywhere I suppose. However, I must stick with tradition and keep it in the tropics. The only solution is.... "Deserted Desert Island"

One side effect may be we will all be exposed to radiation of some sort since these kinds of places were used for testing nuclear weapons. Oh well, we end up looking like Kevin Costner (Waterworld)!
