Great question. I only seen this in photos, no first hand experience. But I wondered about that too. I thought it had something to do with perhaps a specific sect. Well, just as some people think uncut cocks are ugly, I'm sure people will learn to love this look. Besides, a cock on a ladyboy is hot.
