Well, my suggestion is to do it in stages. I think it will be easier to get away with it....trim...each time a bit closer. Then tell her you made a mistake and went too deep with the clippers so you had to shave it all off to make it look "even". Besides, hair grows, so she shouldn't freak out... Just my 2 cents.
