dont know the american measure of length, but if I'm really hard and erect then I have 19-20 cm and 4,5-5 cm tick. Is it enough?

I think 1" is about 4.5 cm if that helps

wrong mate. now I know it... 1" = 2,54 cm

so I get about 7,48"-7,87" of length and 1,77"-1,97" thick
I think most girls like to play with that measure.
