Assuming the support of those who would pose, I think it could be a great and fun way to raise money and awareness -- especially if the pictures were accompanied by good text that spoke to the important issues that the gurls have raised. I would be happy to help in any way (as a writer/editor who makes his living doing such things).
This reminds me of that wonderful British movie "Calendar Girls" with Helen Mirren, based on a true story! These middle-aged women made a calendar, with no full nudity, made a lot of money for charity, and rocked the British Isles!
