2WayStreet has a little shameless behaviour in the past

I am from Singapore-A *Fine City

*Fine: We get a summons/fine each time we comit an offence.
eg. Throwing a cig butt or tissue paper on the ground, forgeting to flush a toilet after use, Not Crossing the road at a pedestrian crossing, parking, speeding,and a whole lot of fines.

The Best of Both Worlds: From the only city where you are fined ($$$$) for everything you do like not flushing the toilet and chewing gum. The only consolation..... plenty of LBs.
