i dunno about going through the process with doctors and stuff but I have bever heard that getting your balls removed would protect you against cancer.

you got to really find out what it is you want, way out your options.

Keep balls = having biological kids if you want, having more of a libido, but also still getting male hormones that they produce

No balls = no biological kids, speed up feminization, and perhaps one step closer to the way you invision your body

According to Wiki (may not be 100% accurate i know just bear with me) your sex drive will either drastically reduce or dissapear completely, so if you do want to carry on fornicating (why wouldn't you) then seriously think about it. But you're right about the testicular cancer bit - if they're not there they can't get ill!
