Watching some of the videos is a matter of having enough reputation points. You get reputation points from a combination of quantity and quality of your posts. You can gain reputation points by posting what other members like. When members like what you post they have the option of clicking on the balance scales icon at the top right of each post and that will add to your reputation. If you just post crap then other members aren't going to give you reputation points. You should have read the forum rules, one of which states:

9. We warn you against making tons of useless and meaningless posts (like "wow" or "cool" or "nice picsss...") in order to inflate your post count. This may lead you to an infraction on your profile and a ban.
