Percentage wise, their are probably not that many around. But with society becoming more accepting and more people becoming transgender, there are probably more now than ever.
Cities or towns that are liberal and open minded seem like good places to start. Are you thinking international? Brazil sure seems good.
Portland Oregon, Austin Texas, San Francisco, LA, New York, Miami, all are good starts. Probably should check out gay bars or hangouts that are trans friendly. Maybe online dating. But you know, they could be anywhere, maybe that cute girl at the bookstore...
