Eating cum really isn't much of a health risk. You can get HIV even if you don't have a sore in your mouth -- your esophagus is very sensitive and that's where it would probably be absorbed. But the chances of that are very remote. The vast majority of people get HIV through blood contact. Specifically, it is usually contracted from receiving unprotected anal sex or from sharing needles (IV drug use). People like to say how anybody can get HIV, but if you look around (the statistics are right there on the CDC website), you'll see that it's almost always IV drug-use or getting fucked without a condom. Bacterial STDs are easy to catch through oral sex (like gonorrhea of the throat), but those are easily treated with antibiotics.

You can't make your cum taste better. You can make it taste worse, though! If you have garlic, that'll show up in your cum. If you smoke, that can make it taste bad. But fruit juice isn't going to make it taste good! Come on! Fruit juice tastes good because of the sugar, and sugar gets metabolized! If you drink 5,000 gallons of pineapple juice, will your piss taste sweet? No! If you eat nothing but chocolate cake, will your shit taste like chocolate? No! Will anything make your cum taste sweet? No! Because sugar doesn't get excreted. It gets metabolized. If you are excreting sugar, you have type 1 diabetes, and you need to start treating it before your kidneys fail and your toes need amputated!

Only non-nutritional things like spices get passed through. Maybe if you drank a gallon of lavender oil your cum would taste like flowers, but sugar won't make it sweet.
