Make the decision to leave everything LB/Trans behind. Focus on alternatives, especially physical activities - gym, running, swimming, cycling, etc.
There's a reason, exercise raises blood endorphin and, probably, serotonin levels, counters depression and helps create a general sense of well-being. It will help break your preoccupation with LBs -

Cognitive psychology (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) works with loss of self-control/addictions/compulsion-obsesive by unravelling the relationship or interaction between thoughts, feelings, and actions. The idea is there are 'core beliefs' which precipitate thoughts which precipitate feelings which precipitate actions (watching, wanking off to, (and eventually) meeting and having it off with LBs.) I'm picking up it's leading to guilt and shame, with you, or at least, confusion. I suggest, if you find you can't handle 'breaking away' from what you don't want using your own resources, then you see a good CBT therapist, nail and disempower those core beliefs and the distortions in thinking (e.g. minimising, denial - 'It won't hurt to have another look', 'these images just help me have a quick wank..', etc.), and replace them with healthier alternatives.
I could go on, there's a lot more that can be said, but this is the wrong forum.
