I can do it... Im not spineless :D, a bit above average in penis size but no monster, and I do have ribs. not skinny either... or, right now I have visible abs but back when I first did it I carried maybe 30-40 lbs of exess body fat and the most important part about it is putting your hips to it and being mobile, not starving yourself.
I think most people could do it if they just stretch and stuff like that. I just thaught, "hey, I wonder if I can suck my own.." one day about 5 years ago, and sure enough I did it. trained in mma back then and am pretty agile by nature so it wasnt difficult. I dont do it very often though, only like 2 times a year.
I can go a little more than half, if too excited my back is going to hurt slightly the day after though.
pick up a sport or something and stretch because its healthy - just stretching with the goal to perform autofellatio might not be worth the time and youll end up giving up.
