Thank you again sesame. I was hoping you might comment on my stories. My signature quote is the final line to my story, "Death to the Tranny". It references my death by electric chair and my subsequent meeting with God. It is my favorite of the short stories thus far.

I also am quite proud of "A visit from H.S.", which incorporates social critcism and a bit of my homespun doom n' gloom philosophy. I'd love to write more stories incorporating my brand of philosophy. My favorite writers are Dostoyevsky, Vonnegut, H.P. Lovecraft and Brett Easton Ellis.

Dostoyevsky writes very interesting but dark stories. My opinion is that he likes probe the human mind to expose our frailties. Some passages though do require dedication to reading to get through them.

If there was a God I hoped He would show mercy. Then I felt the surge course through my blood. Smoke billowed from every pore of my precious skin. I lifted from my body and looked down to see someone tortured. Flames shot from her eyes and nipples. I had to look away.

Floating softly to my destination, the sky darkened. Don't look down, I thought.

I can see that you like to think that the human soul migrates to it's Destination after death. To be judged for one's actions?

Yes, and if you look at "my writing" page, where all stories are introduced, I make mention of that stylism:

"I like the idea of describing a scene and then replaying that same scene in a different way. I am fascinated with the interweaving of a narrative and a screenplay. I want my writing, like my painting, to make a statement on how simultaneously fucked up and beautiful the world is. I believe all good writing, whether short story or novel, should have a built-in philosophy. My influences are Dostoyevsky, Vonnegut and Brett Easton Ellis."


That alludes to my comments previously about philosophy. I believe all great writers had a very personal and profound understanding of life. It would be impossible to write a compelling story without.

Thank you, I found this back-and-forth between lawyer and witness amusing:
