If I was seeing a Tgirl for quite some time and her dream was to eventually get the surgery, I would help pay for it. So I guess the answer is yes, I would most definitely have sex with a post-op.
To me though, it's not about sex. Yes, I find Tgirls very attractive but it's more about being able to relate mentally, to find someone who I can connect with better than a GG.
