Good advice is given here. Be sure that it is something you absolutely want, any changes you make is permanent and can't be reversed. As an added measure, start dressing as a woman and going public dressed as a woman. Do everything in public any other woman would do. If you decide you want to experiment with sex dressed as a woman, protect yourself from STDs (Sexually Transmitted Disease).

I have heard stories of people having SRS (Sexual Reassignment Surgery) then later regretting it.

If you find that what your feeling is not a passing phase, but something that will increase your level of happiness in life, then by all means take the steps needed to complete your transformation.

Reading your message I can only conclude that you are already a shemale.
You need more self confidence to be yourself and some good help to realize that. Try to contact some serious transgender group. On the web you can find some that can give you good advice. Or try to meet other shemales in your region.
And don't think all the time about sex. To be a shemale is more than to have sex. It is being your self.

Def watch for STD's but go find some others in your area who may be able to help nad a psychiatrist isn't a bad idea either.

My gurfriend started much later than 19. Really much later, BUT, you know as a child if you want to be a TG/TS. If you felt as a child that you were the wrong gender then maybe you should seek help. If this is something that you thought of resently then stop reading porn and go get laid. You'll get over it.
