How many times a day/week do you pleasure yourself?

I usually do it about one or two per day. One day I proposed myself to beat my record and I've made ELEVEN in only one day. When I went to sleep I was tired and almost dead....

Boys, don't even try to do this, it's not healthy. It was my first and last time.

used to do it once a day, but i found that as it went on i did like 3-4 times a day and found myself spending too much time on it... so i'm trying to lessen the times=( maybe once every other day? ever tried holding it in for a week or so and then releasing it ALL OUT!?!?!?
