I would say that is a girl that you have posted. She is well on her way to become quite feminine. She already has nice breast development and no body hair. She could probably grow her hair out a little bit and put some curls and waves into it. Her eyebrows could use some thinning. Her lips are nice, but a bit of liner and gloss would do wonders for her. She could also use some lessons in how to do her nails or at least go for a good manicure and observe how it's done properly. I also see FFS in her future.
