Why would you want to even think about stopping ? It's shows you have a healthy libido . As for your other question about masterbation I myself if I don't have a partner around and if the mood hits me will gladly go to strokin without guilt . But just don't let it interfere with life in general use it as a reward for yourself . It's a wonderful gift make use of it.
