Since Covid-19, I’ve been working out more and more at home. As I get “older” I’ve gradually been moving away from free weights to bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, kettlebells, and isometrics.

Today I was looking up stuff on Amazon when I found this book called “Sexercise.” Shit... Looks like “Dr. Andy.” But does his wife know?

Of course sex and exercise have been around since... forever! Why else do you think people put themselves through so much just to look good? This book is from 1967.

For “better sex” it is generally recommended that an exercise program focus on the hips, lower back, abs, and thighs. She’s saying: “Andy. Are you paying attention?”

There really IS a "Zionsville" Indiana and yes I really do live there... This meme was NOT my doing. Happened to find it today while searching. Just thought I'd post it for fun.

Historically Zionsville's "claim to fame" happened way back in 1861 when President-Elect Lincoln stopped here on his way to the inauguration. "Dr. Andy" was too young to remember it... Besides we lived in Detroit then.

Kendall is 29. And I learned has starred on “The Bachelor in Paradise.” My wife probably knows who she is...

In this video she’s telling me that reindeer and other animals can change their eye color. Hell, I’d believe anything she said... She talks about “pressure” and “sensitivity” a lot. Looks like she might like cats. Sounds like a date!

If you’ve spent any time on the Internet lately (who hasn't?) you have most likely encountered the term or hashtag “#asmr”. Particularly in relation to something sensual or provocative. Although not always.

According to Google, ASMR stands for "Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response." It typically refers to the "tingly feeling" that travels from the head downward that some experience in response to certain sounds, feelings, or descriptions. These can include soft whispering, crinkling paper, or a gentle touch.

I can verify that it works. The picture below is giving me a “tingly feeling” right now.
