At least in the United States, "official" guidelines regarding "wearing a mask" are vague, inconsistent, and confusing at best. CNN reported yesterday that we will soon have to start wearing them again even if we have been vaccinated...

I was vaccinated in April and haven't had to wear a mask anywhere in months.
