Next week billionaire Jeff Bezos will fly into space on Blue Origin's New Shepard rocket. The price of a "ticket" was $28 million USD. "Dr. Andy" doesn't have that much extra cash laying around so he had to opt out...

But there are other requirements. For example you have to be able to remain "strapped down" for an hour and a half.
