Indianapolis is one of the “hot spots” for Coronavirus in the US. Things started to open back up Friday but most restaurants remain closed. So one has to look elsewhere…

This is the “Mayberry Café” in Danville, Indiana. According to their website it's open now. My “ex” and I went there with friends many years ago. It’s based on “The Andy Griffith Show” from the 50’s and 60’s. Of course they have a police car like the one “Barney” drove on the show parked outside. You can’t see it in the picture, but we were amused to discover it had a pair of handcuffs hanging from the mirror… Not to give anyone ideas…

But a year ago, the car met with misfortune after someone ran into it.

I of course would rather have one like this ’73 California Highway Patrol interceptor. And of course the handcuffs did give me ideas…

This was on CNN this morning. I swear to God. Some restaurants in the US are enforcing “social distancing” as they reopen. They are only operating at 50% capacity and are placing mannequins at tables to make sure patrons keep their distance.
