These other pics are of Hayley from 2009. Working on “Brand New Eyes” maybe? But she learned the hard way never to leave me unsupervised in the studio.

“Should have known if I left Andy alone in here he’d fuck it up. “The Only Exception” now sounds like Metallica. And he added his own drum track. Damn. Double Bass on EVERYTHING??? And those guitars. Must have brought his friend Leo with him.”

“First thing is to turn it down… then get rid of it.”

“Yes. Much better!”

(It was almost a year ago that Paramore played here. July 1st. A hot (in the 90’s F), humid, miserable day in Indianapolis with threat of severe storms. So what else is new? And I had to meet with a client on a Sunday so we were late getting there. Hayley and her band put on a wonderful show that made everyone forget all the heat and humidity, and their troubles for a while. It must have been just as muggy or worse up there, but they didn’t show it. Awesome. The last one is my favorite pic of Hayley from that night. )
