Curved cocks / Bent penises

Hi,
I'm not personally affected, though I do have a slight twist.
I am guessing that often, at least with TS's, it has something to do with the way they 'hide' their cocks, by pushing them back between their thighs.
I am sure as they go about they get erections and with the penis so positioned it must over time cause a curve, bend or twist to become established.
Though some of the more extreme maybe a case of Peyronies.
