I don't believe that a whole lot of ladies have been castrated by surgery - some have you can see the scar, but I believe that most are "chemically castrated", i.e., the hormones and meds to reduce testosterone have shrunk the testicles to the point they look like they have had a traditional surgical orch !

Can you post just one picture where you can see that the ladyboy is "chemically castrated"?
