Chun-Li is a Animated (hentai) character, and probably next to impossible to find a Trans Ladyboy dressing up as her There is tonns of pics of her, but all Anime / Hentai * example included

Poison came out before Chun LI but since Poison is a tranny, Chun LI is considered first Female Fighting game character.
Poison was designed as a female but Capcom was afraid how people would respond to a female in a fighting game so she was made a tranny.She is considered pre-op in Japan and Post-op in America.
It seems Capcom would like to change her gender back to a female.
