I fully expect my guy to get hard. If he expects me to get fully erect .. nope. It's a choice for me between boobs or an erection.. I'm choosing the boobs (and hips, and ass, and soft skin, and not masculinising my skull). Without adding any more stuff in my body - my god recovering from facial surgeries hurt like HELL. Not to mention my forehead ached constantly for 6 months after and my eyebrows didn't have full motion, so It was hard to convey emotion with my face.

For the gals who go surgery to maintain erection and ejaculation... woo!! The draw backs and risks are too great as is the actual cost and time required for me. I'm happy with my shrinking noodle that gets a little bigger and a little harder when I'm excited. I never had any desire to stick it anyplace any way.
