Very few things in this world clearly fall under one clean category. There are degrees of intensity to everything. So also are the extents to which people will chase their dreams. Thus the label, "ultra gay".
If people can be "super extra way gay", why not "ultra gay"? People can be just "straight", "gay", bisexual, "fetishist" and really twisted in many ways.
