There is no hard and fast set of numbers since each body is different. The sperm that exist don't die..well they do eventually as all things do.. but the body won't start creating dead sperm, or won't create sperm that immediately die in a hostile environment. The sperm will simply stop being produced as the testicles draw up.

She means that the testicles are "drawn up" or pulled closer to the body via the tightening of the scrotum.

Yes. There was actually a topic in the Freebies (I think) about
"Castrated" t-gals that were mostly women who had been on hormones long enough that the scrotum looked "empty"

The testicles shrink too, I think. That's probably why when the tgirl is lying on her back, the scrotum looks empty, because the testicles can "fall" into a sort of cavity inside the pubic bone.
(The testicles actually start from there, somewhere in front of the bladder, surrounded by the pubic bone. As the infant matures, the testicles descend into the scrotal sacs)

Without testosterone it's hard to make cum at all. WITH it, semen is basically indistinguishable from intact male semen (without a microscope).

(I say this as a castrated male who takes testosterone)
