Having not come to terms with my own gender issues, I remember seeing a tgirl on the cover of some porno when I was in high school. When I saw it, I think my initial reaction was public revulsion, as I was with friends and didn't want to seem attracted to this. But more than that, it was probably equal parts skepticism and intrigue.
To be honest, I didn't even know this was possible-- I had no concept of transgender or gender deviance (beyond the guilt and shame I felt dressing up in privacy). I had heard about transexuals, and had probably seen a few on Jerry Springer, but they were always unreal to me. But actually seeing an undressed person with both breasts and a cock was surreal. I didn't believe it was possible. I honestly thought it must be a matter of prosthetics or computer generated tomfoolery.
