I had to go with the first choice. These individuals feel they were born in the wrong body/sex. They are not freaks or weirdos, in fact, I have a lot of respect for what they are doing.

A lot of us claim that we will do whatever it takes in our pursuit of happiness, these individuals have gone one step further and have done what it takes in their pursuit of happiness. They can be an example for us all.

While the major "shemale" content out there is porn related, in truth, the true transgendered people transition from M2F or F2M because they suffer from GID (Gender Identity Disorder). They were born of the wrong gender and have never felt comfortable in their natural bodies, so they sought out psychiatric help and got on to prescription hormone tablets (testosterone or estrogen, depending on their biological/physical gender, and what their mental/emotional/sexual gender is). The reason that there are alot more M2F than F2M is because women are, biologically speaking, underdeveloped men (if you examine a male's genitalia you will notice that there is a line leading from the bottom of the scrotum to the beginning of the anus. This is where the flaps of skin that would have been the vulva have fused together due to the excess in testosterone. The penis is also an extended, larger, and more developed version of what the clitoris would have been, and is in the exact same spot).

Not only this, but women are usually bi-sexual, just leaning towards either men or women as a preference, and most likely stay as women because they are attracted to femininity, so they believe that their partner would be as well, whereas a transsexual knows that they are unattractive physically to the type of person they are trying to attract, so they change themselves to suit who they feel they really are. Women are usually more open-minded and accepting of different shapes and forms, and are somewhat more pansexual than men (Pansexual meaning they choose their partners to aesthetic attraction and romantic feelings, rather than physical attributes).

Oh and in case you hadn't guessed by now, I voted that it was a matter of gender identity issue
