Well… to get shapely legs, you will have to add some muscle mass so basic exercises like the squat, leg press, leg extensions, and calf raises are all good. You don’t have to use huge weights to get good results either. Adding a bike or treadmill to your routine will also increase your overall fitness.
There is a lot of information on the Internet. Here is one routine that I think offers some good exercises—and can be done anywhere since it doesn't require weights: http://www.health.com/health/gallery...725746,00.html The “lunge” can be pretty challenging even without weights.
