With perhaps the exception of John Wayne Bobbitt (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_and_Lorena_Bobbitt) , people don't "lose" their dicks. Some women may choose to have theirs removed as part of sexual reassignment surgery to become who they were truly born as ... which is, I am sure, what Sabrina did.
