Either way, if this is an urgent and continuous thought/need for you;
1. Go and talk to your doctor, or find a gender psychologist or gender councillor,
or
2. Look up on Google: LGBT SUPPORT GROUPS + your country name & talk to them for contact numbers of professionals and local LGBT groups that may assist you
