YMMV in regards to effect of hormones on functionality.
The biggies you can do without messing with your hormones: 1) If you want to maintain fluid production, don't tuck tightly, especially during heat waves. (I didn't buy this one at first, but my endo pitched this to me and damned if he wasn't right) 2) Use it regularly... the longer you go without using it the more likely you will lose it.
