I once came across some shemale porn.
I crossdressed but had no idea that transition was possible.
I thought the pics were faked.
(I still have the mag, it is part of my history)
Years later I found out they weren't.

I transitioned and found out that sex and clothing is a tiny part
of being a Ts.

Turned out nice again.

I can absolutely imagine it because it was going to be a reality for me. My first Mistress (my late wife) wanted me to be a shemale and was in the process of doing so when She died. My second Mistress was a shemale but surprisingly had no intention of furthering the transition. This actually disappointed me!
