When I was younger and stayed up late at night (maybe 12), I have always noticed that in Japanese cartoons they portrayed some strange creatures which I could not define at the time, that were both beautifully feminine and yet possessed a male member! I thought it was only real in the cartoon world, never gave another thought about it for years! The only thing I heard about were C/Ds and the so called "bishounens" who are quite popular in Japanese culture, and there were a few in my school.
