Some time it's very annoyed situation to keep penis in underwear but most of time my penis is in down position. Lots of people are always playing with them to keep upward, downward and in other positions but I think downward is proper position to keep penis in underwear.

I tried tucking early on but it was too uncomfortable. I've been wearing gaffs to hold everything place for the last several years with good results.
