Hmmm....if she wants a baby with me, and we both know that she couldn't bear one, pretending to have one probably would be a good fantasy. If we were to adopt one or have one from a surrogate mother, then I'd still fill her up almost every night while waiting for our baby to be born or arrive.

So if it was possible to make her pregnant, even as a fantasy, I am given to understand that the baby comes out of the vagina of biological females, so in this case would it have to pass through her cock......OUCH!!!! The pain of that doesn't bear thinking about!
