As a bottom It can be fun, hurt, or just be...excruciating.
With a TS, you must mind that penial functions may not be 100%. My experience with a TS was that it functioned, but took a very long time. With all the hormone shots her nipples were sore and all, but her penis was less important and relevant. She could cum, but it took hours, not minutes.
