Doesn't need to be an issue. A friend of mine (stunningly beautiful Andalusian T-Girl, with the most amazingly gorgeous face!) has a tight foreskin and I asked her the same question that everyone usually asks in forums about "hygene".

She simply tells me that when she is not erect she can retract the foreskin in the shower as many times a day as she needs to.

Maybe it is a bit easier for her because she's more of a "grower" than those who are large when unerect. But she can definitely do it with no issues at all.
