Honestly I can follow, as it can be sexy etc... but from a hygiene/infections point of view I am asking myself also some questions, it will probably depend on how much of the foreskin can be pulled back or not, but I think it must be rather painfull

Doesn't need to be an issue. A friend of mine (stunningly beautiful Andalusian T-Girl, with the most amazingly gorgeous face!) has a tight foreskin and I asked her the same question that everyone usually asks in forums about "hygene".
