How do I go about saying this without being corrected somehow.... Once they undergo this surgery. Are the nerves there, or feel the same as a person whom was born with a vagina?

the nerves of the male penis are the same nerves of a female vagina,
After the surgery you are pretty numb down there till you slowly regain feeling by the time you get released from the hospital you have feeling down there but for a full recovery [regian full feeling] it takes around one year as your nerves have to remap themselves
