I don't know what the heck that tool in the link is supposed to do, but it looks painful. If the instructions aren't read and understood, lord knows what might happen to one's "CARNAL STUMP".

The Penismaster, as far as I understand, has the base that presses aginst your body, you place the strap just below the glans and tighten the screws until your member is stretched out.
