You should go for it. Its the strongest way to solidify your permanent transition. Implants can be removed, and hormone therapy can be reversed---but once your balls are gone, so is your manhood, forever :D
not to mention estrogen becomes massively more effective without having to battle testosterone. you'll become much more feminine much faster.
