Interesting article. In my opinion it is good to have centers for trans healthcare, where doctors work and guide transpersons through their transition. But the quality of all centers is in their personal, so it is important, that personal is trans friendly and really helpful for transpersons. Anyone, who is employed there and is transphobic, could do a lot of damage to center and to their patients.

You are, of course, correct. This is based at the Houston Transgender Center. No "Transgender Center" is knowingly going to have a transphobic employee.
