I had the same experience a few months ago. The photos were great; high quality and LOTS of them! But I always had trouble playing her videos. I had to download a program to play them which never worked right and caused problems on my computer. I cancelled after a month. I was quite happy with just the photos, but I'm sure it would have been alot better if I could have watched her videos.
