Personally, I have this problem, and it does suck, not physically, but I am self conscious, I prefer to look at uncut cocks but ones that have more flexibility than mine. I am perfectly capable of getting the head beyond the foreskin, but it doesn't happen naturally, usually only when very well lubed, like after already having cum once. Girls have made comments on it being 'weird' but I don't see any reason to start chopping part of my dick off for them, and they never suggested it, it was something different of little note functionally.
